Manchester City have taken home the 2022-2023 Premier League title, making it their fifth in six years. After the English club, Arsenal, maintained their position at the top of the chart for the majority of the season, they have lost the title after a loss 1-0 to Nottingham forest.

The champions have owned the pitch in the Premier League and in the Champions League as they will face Inter Milan in the finale on June 10th. City’s squad has been showing outstanding performances all throughout the season. Erling Haaland has played a big part in City’s success run. The 22-year-old broke the record for most Premier League goals scored in a single season, with 36 goals. However, the team has gotten this far thanks to Pep Guardiola’s management of the team. His strategic mind has taken multiple clubs to such victories including, Barcelona, Bayern Munich and now Manchester City. Guardiola has been praised for his incredible knowledge of football. His ability to manage a team and make them reach their full potential has made him a household name in European football. Ever since his signing in 2016, he has won 10 titles with the Manchester City team.
